MyMillionLines Rewards – Terms and Conditions for Tours, Car/DP, and EMI
1. Reward Eligibility:
- Rewards (Tours, Car/DP, and EMI) will be awarded strictly based on the pair match criteria set and approved by the company.
- The final decision regarding eligibility and allocation of any reward rests solely and exclusively with the management of MyMillionLines.
2. Tour Rules:
- Once a tour is confirmed and tickets are booked, it shall not be cancelled, rescheduled, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
- In the event the eligible member is unable to attend the tour, substitution by another person shall not be permitted, nor shall any cash reimbursement or compensation be provided.
- The tour benefit is strictly non-transferable and shall be applicable only to the eligible member whose name is officially confirmed by the company.
- MyMillionLines shall not be held liable for any loss, inconvenience, or refund arising from fraud, mismanagement, negligence, or other issues originating from the tour operator, post-payment by the company.
- All members availing the tour must cooperate fully with the assigned tour management authorities and adhere strictly to the instructions and regulations provided by the appointed tour operator or company representative.
3. Car / Down Payment (DP) and EMI Rules:
- Upon receipt of the car reward, the member is mandatorily required to use the car primarily and consistently for MyMillionLines’ fieldwork activities and operational purposes.
- Failure to properly utilize the vehicle for company fieldwork, or any misuse as determined by the management, may result in the immediate discontinuation of EMI support without any prior warning or communication.
- Continued EMI support is contingent upon the member’s active engagement in company-assigned fieldwork and strict adherence to the defined fieldwork guidelines.
- All costs related to vehicle registration, insurance, regular maintenance, taxes, fuel, and other operational expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the member unless otherwise explicitly stated by the company’s written policy.
4. General Terms:
- MyMillionLines reserves the absolute right to amend, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without any prior notice to any party.
- All disputes, grievances, or complaints relating to rewards, including eligibility, allocation, or execution, shall be addressed strictly through the company’s official grievance redressal system in a manner and process determined solely by MyMillionLines.
- In the event of any fraud, misrepresentation, breach of trust, mismanagement, or violation of company policies by the member, the company reserves the unconditional right to cancel the concerned reward and initiate any legal or disciplinary action deemed necessary without further notice or obligation.
